The new Tehachapi Police Department was officially sworn into duty a few weeks ago. Since then.. I’ve never heard more sirens in the last month than i’ve heard the entire year.
Now, I’m not sure if this is because we now have a dedicated squad to patrol our city streets or if it’s because we now have a bunch over achievers.
Anyway, they’re here, they’re working and I sure hope I don’t ever have to deal with them.
