In The News Two men were arrested by Kern County Sheriffs after Tehachapi California residents in the Woodford-Tehachapi Rd area complained of gunfire and the illegal shooting a doe out of season. The men were actually charged with several offenses including possession of a concealed weapon.

Bakeries, Cafes & Coffee Starbucks came to Tehachapi in 2007 and is conveniently located at the intersection of Tucker / Hwy 202 and Tehachapi Blvd. The coffee lives up to its standard and the store has good mellow vibe. Watch out for the nearly blind exit at the drive through window.
